The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering students with leadership skills, resume writing, job preparedness, and professional communication. This role will also involve coordinating cooperative education (co-op) job placements for students throughout the school year and fostering partnerships with local businesses and organizations.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Teach leadership development, employability skills, and career readiness topics.

Coordinate and manage student co-op job placements.

Complete and maintain accurate data entry in JAG Force (online data collection platform).

Ensure timely completion and submission of all required JAG documentation and forms.

Collaborate with classroom teachers, principals, and guidance counselors to address student needs.

Organize and oversee student participation in community-based projects.

Establish and maintain strong communication with community stakeholders to support student opportunities and strengthen school-community relationships.
