The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering students with leadership skills, resume writing, job preparedness, and professional communication. This role will also involve coordinating cooperative education (co-op) job placements for students throughout the school year and fostering partnerships with local businesses and organizations.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Teach leadership development, employability skills, and career readiness topics.

• Coordinate and manage student co-op job placements.

• Complete and maintain accurate data entry in JAG Force (online data collection platform).

• Ensure timely completion and submission of all required JAG documentation and forms.

• Collaborate with classroom teachers, principals, and guidance counselors to address student needs.

• Organize and oversee student participation in community-based projects.

• Establish and maintain strong communication with community stakeholders to support student opportunities and strengthen school-community relationships.
